Social changes and technological advances in recent years have modified the traditional scenario of education where the role of the teacher used to be the knowledge transmission towards his students and therefore, they were expected to be its main strength. Today this ability is threatened since technology is currently replacing that process this means that teachers are facing a huge challenge about their role in education. Yes, it is true that the knowledge of a teacher will always be important in the learning process of a student, but reality is showing us that it is not essential to be successful in any field.

During my 26 years of experience in pedagogy, I have understood that the main objective of education is the transformation of the human being, to be able to transform those belief systems, emotions, motivations and behaviors that hinder an effective learning process. These concepts can be a bit confusing at first, but in the development of my career I have understood that they are fundamental to achieve impact with students.

For this reason, I strongly suggest that today's teachers must be trained as transformational leaders because it is in the development of the human skills of their students that the knowledge they previously acquired in class can be enhanced.

The transformational leader teacher provide scenarios that will enable the students to explore their needs needs, identify opportunities and then imagine, design and build solutions to real problems using their knowledge in a more effective way.

Student´s transformation can only be achieved by identifying which skills they should develop in them, those belief systems that are preventing or encouraging behaviors that prevent you from achieving your goals.

As flipped classroom suggest, knowledge will be an essential requirement to be able to join the class while activity and socialization will be the two most important sections of it because it will be the perfect scenario where the facilitator let students start making the mistakes they need to make when applying their knowledge in the analysis and construction of solutions within a simulated reality.

Therefore, part of the teacher's training today and for the future, should consist of developing transformational leadership skills that make them turn a traditional information transmission class into dynamic workshops where the students are the only protagonists of the class.
